su &lt;a href="http://delicious.com/"&gt;&lt;b&gt;delicious&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/a&gt;, ho trovato un articolo sull'&lt;b&gt;e-learning e la scrittura professionale&lt;/b&gt;. A dire il vero è uno dei preziosissimi quaderni de "&lt;a href="http://www.mestierediscrivere.com/"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Il Mestiere di scrivere&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/a&gt;", impagabile sito di Luisa Carrada. L'articolo in questione è del gennaio 2004, ma se non avessi letto la data avrei potuto pensare che fosse stato scritto pochi mesi fa. Ecco perché ti consiglio di leggerlo.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Alessandro Lucchini (l'autore dell'articolo) suggerisce all'inizio alcuni usi dell'e-learning in ambito aziendale, sfatando miti che ancora oggi sussistono. E dopo averci dato alcuni consigli pratici, comincia la parte interessante sui contenuti per l'e-learning, ovvero: &lt;b&gt;come si scrivono i testi per l'e-learning&lt;/b&gt;?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Chi legge oggi l'articolo, a mio avviso dovrebbe leggere i suoi consigli pensando di progettare non un vecchio learning object tipo "sfoglia pagina", bensì un e-seminar, simulazioni, branching scenario. Sono consigli che riguardano anche in generale il web writing, ma che sono particolarmente imporanti per i contenuti testuali per l'e-learning, spesso un elemento centrale di soddisfazione dell'utente che segue un corso online.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Non è comunque un problema solo di formato&lt;/b&gt;: un vecchio "sfoglia pagina" ben scritto e progettato può risultare molto più coinvolgente di un e-seminar improvvisato. Per questo mi sono segnato alcuni &lt;b&gt;consigli su come scrivere testi per l'e-learning&lt;/b&gt;:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;la buona scrittura non è mettere, ma togliere;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;le formule dirette, con il "tu" funzionano molto meglio;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;l'interattività va costruita prima di tutto con un linguaggio adatto (vedi punto precedente);&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;usa il tono più vicino a quello che si userebbe a voce ("&lt;b&gt;written speech&lt;/b&gt;");&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;testi ben calibrati sui discenti: i lettori devono capire di essere stati perfettamente identificati dall'autore.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Quest'ultimo punto in particolare fa riflettere sul mito della riusabilità dei learning object... Per tornare a farla diventare uno strumento di formazione, possiamo usare la funzione &lt;b&gt;book creator&lt;/b&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;La funzione book creator ("crea un libro") consente infatti di creare un vero e proprio &lt;b&gt;ebook&lt;/b&gt; selezionando gli &lt;b&gt;articoli di Wikipedia&lt;/b&gt; che riteniamo interessanti. In questo modo, una volta selezionati gli articoli da leggere, possiamo &lt;b&gt;salvare il libro in formato PDF&lt;/b&gt;, &lt;b&gt;ODF&lt;/b&gt; (Open Document Format) o anche ordinare una copia stampata. La funzione book creator ci consente quindi di concentrare l'attenzione su pochi articoli, ma anche di creare facilmente ebook da distribuire all'interno di una piattaforma in un corso in e-learning. E lo sappiamo, quando Google si impegna, le cose le fa davvero bene e diventa il primo della classe! E' da pochissimo infatti che Google ha lanciato la funzione &lt;b&gt;Designer modelli&lt;/b&gt;, consentendo ad ognuno di creare lo stile del proprio blog, scegliendo tra una vasta gamma di modelli, sfondi e layout. In altre parole: &lt;b&gt;ad ogni blog il proprio stile&lt;/b&gt;, con estrema semplicità.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif;"&gt;Il servizio al momento è disponibile, accedendo però con i propri codici &lt;b&gt;non dalla classica home page&lt;/b&gt; di Blogger, ma da &lt;a href="http://draft.blogger.com/"&gt;Blogger in Draft&lt;/a&gt;. Lavoravo infatti per l’Università di Ferrara, all’interno del &lt;b&gt;Carid&lt;/b&gt; (Centro di Ateneo per la Ricerca e l’Innovazione Didattica) come tutor metodologico-didattico sul corso di laurea a distanza in Operatore del turismo culturale. Il tutor metodologico–didattico è quella figura che, in un corso di laurea, coordina le attività supervisionando il percorso formativo e confrontandosi costantemente con i vari attori dell'azione formativa: docenti, tutor d'area e allievi. Tiene quindi monitorata l'attività formativa in tutte le sue fasi (sia didattiche che organizzative) al fine di garantire la qualità del corso. Il corso, di durata triennale, annoverava più di 500 iscritti da tutta Italia, eterogenei come età, istruzione e professione, e presentava un piano degli studi molto vario. Grazie proprio allo scambio con gli studenti ho potuto comprendere l’importanza di studiare on-line, senza barriere spazio-temporali, per gli occupati e gli aspiranti occupati nel settore turistico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif;"&gt;Il settore turistico è sempre stato contraddistinto dalla stagionalità. Gli impiegati che operano in questo settore a livello medio-basso, dalla cameriera ai piani al receptionist, dal maitre all’animatore turistico, sono spesso vincolati alla stagione estiva piuttosto che a quella invernate. Le figure che operano in abito turistico &amp;nbsp;sono spesso contraddistinte (e costrette) a grande flessibilità, in quanto spesso lontane da casa o dalla scuola. Ecco che per tutte queste figure che incontrano difficoltà ad aggiornarsi e studiare in presenza, frequentando lezioni e corsi, a causa del tempo ridotto e della residenza in località lontane o mal servite da questo servizi, risulta importante godere di una formazione altrettanto flessibile, come consente l'e-learning . Molti tra gli studenti che frequentavano la laurea in Operatore del turismo culturale hanno avuto l'occasione, mentre studiavano, di affacciarsi al mondo del turismo, come animatori, o guide turistiche per esempio, o ancora hanno potuto mantenere la loro professione senza dover rinunciare a studiare e quindi ad aggiornarsi e conseguentemente crescere professionalmente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif;"&gt;Questo si chiama Life Long Learning e consente, in un settore dove l’aggiornamento delle competenze è determinante, la formazione permanente. Usare internet come strumento di formazione, in sostituzione o ad integrazione delle normali lezioni in aula, permette due importanti risultati:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif;"&gt;"&lt;b&gt;imparare ad usare&lt;/b&gt;", acquisire cioè la capacità di usare la tecnologia come metodologia di lavoro trasferibile alla realtà aziendale;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif;"&gt;"&lt;b&gt;usare per imparare&lt;/b&gt;" cioè usare le potenzialità della tecnologia per trovare informazioni, comunicare e innovare lo stesso processo di apprendimento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif;"&gt;Questa metodologia, più di ogni altra, risponde alle esigenze di avere: flessibilità e personalizzazione degli argomenti del corso, autonomia nella gestione dei tempi e degli spazi dell'apprendimento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Nel settore turistico&lt;/b&gt; diviene sempre più importante saper utilizzare gli strumenti che offre la rete per l’e-commerce e l'e-advertising. Sempre più è richiesto aggiornamento e formazione per far fronte ad un settore i cui “trend” sono in costante evoluzione. Le aziende cercano pertanto di percorrere questa strada per la crescita del proprio personale.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Proprio il turismo ci insegna&lt;/b&gt;, per primo, quanto è importante superare le barriere della presenza, attraverso le introduzioni delle web agency, del low cost e del travel on-line, turismo che attraverso la rete ha sviluppato un business importantissimo e grazie alla rete consente di abbattere costi, tempo e spazio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif;"&gt;In conclusione possiamo considerare pertanto che i punti in comune fra turismo e e-learning sono diversi, dalla flessibilità alla necessità di superare le barriere temporali e spaziali, dall’esigenza di aggiornamento continuo all’esigenza del risparmio senza rinunciare alla qualità.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif;"&gt;E proprio questo aspetto, l’opportunità dello studente/lavoratore di risparmiare con l’e-learning mantenendo un’alta qualità della formazione è importante nel duplice aspetto di proporre una formazione a distanza caratterizzata da un alto livello di interazione e apprendimento e cogliere le opportunità di risparmio che consentono una estensione della scolarizzazione.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif;"&gt;Prossimamente intendo proprio predisporre una &lt;b&gt;tabella che consenta di calcolare il risparmio economico&lt;/b&gt;
